To Expensive for what you get
Review about IllicitEncounters.comI joined this site approx 5 weeks ago, and have frankly struggled. I have managed to have vague conversation with a few women on here. And did make it to meet one.
It was during these discussion that I have really figured out what is happening. My experience has been that many of my e-mails have been ignored, those that have responded have done so with just a one liner. The effort from women has frankly been poor, and I was baffled as to why ? you don?t have a picture on display (this is normal on this site ? you have a password protected picture on the site and share the password with someone when you want to), I am average height, build, have a good job, am degree educated and my profile was intelligently written ? so although I fully accept I am not everyone cup of tea, I was surprised by such a lack of interest. I think I know why. Men have to pay a high amount to join, but for women its free. I assumed this would swing the numbers in the males favour, but it does not. I had at least 3 women say they are getting 30+ approaches a day from men, and simply do not have the time to read them all. Also as its free for women I think many of the female members are there for a bit of flirtation or to feed their curiosity, they are not really committed to want to get to know someone or to meet anyone, and as its free they have nothing to lose. Interestingly some women said if they had had to pay they would not have joined ? why should they when they can join free elsewhere. I actually think this is one of the better and more professional sites, I have not been inundated with spam, or false e-mails as I have on others. That?s said I have spend a lot of money to be part of some huge chasing mass of males chasing a few women, many of which are just on there for the thrill of the chase. 5 weeks in and I have messaged every profile that?s is of interest (and that?s across 3 counties) who has actually logged on within a week, those that haven?t are in my view clearly not that active or interested. To have totaled just a few vague chats and 1 meet is not a great outcome from what amounts to over 100 messages I have sent. I have set up an alert for new members, (women aged between 30 and 54 in the 3 counties I mentioned) and new members are around 1 per week.
Not sure what I will do next, but to pay such a high amount to be part of such a large chasing pack, chasing such a few genuine female users is just not good value. For me I won?t be renewing.

Review about IllicitEncounters.comOk - I took the plunge at ?135 for 1 month. Mostly it seems to me that the women on here are genuine, but here are my issues.
Its free for women - so there are a lot of timewasters who are not that bothered, many of my messages have not even been opened, and many more just ignored, without them even checking my profile. I have wasted a lot of precious time.
Many women are arrogent and state they will ignore gits or virtal kisses, they want you to take the time to write them a nice e-mail, I get why, but then so many are ignored its gets frustrating.
Its seems the balance of men paying a fortune and it being free to women means I have wasted a lot of time money so far. My profile is well written, I have a good job, I travel. People can only see your pictures if you send them a password (meaning I am not being overlooked because I am not good looking), so when you add that up, although I know I wont fit the bill for all, it seems odd that so far (3 weeks in) I have only managed to strike up conversation with 2 women, depsite sending over 60 e-mails / gifts. I am going to look for a site where both women and men have to pay - hopefully a more reasonable amount
