Don't join the Dating Agency Sarah Eden in Windsor

A very poor service for a very expensive membership.
Not enough men on their list, so they give them a free membership in order to have a full portofolio.
My dates were a joke. A drunk man, an agressive one, a depressive type, a selfish one, and to top it a man who had had a relationship with one of Sarah Eden assistant.
Forget about getting you money back or a proper apology.
No need to complain to Obusman as the owner of Sarah Eden is part of Obusman.

This review is FAKE. We do NOT nor have we EVER taken men onto our books for free. Both male and female clients pay our joining fee. If this person has actually been a member surely they would spell the company name correctly. We have been in business since 1988 and would not have been had we not been good at what we do. Legal advice has been taken. The statements made in this review are untrue and intended to damage our reputation. Sara Eden Intorductions is NOT a good agency, they take your money and then tell you your physically too big for most men, thats the response when you don't get dates and they promise dates but don't come thru. Poor customer service and unreasonable when you complain. Total waste of a lot of money. Avoid them

Honestly I doubt that this post is a fake, or that the other posts about this agency are untrue (as it suggests; the defensive tone of its responses speaks volumes!). I had a very similar experience with this firm: very few dates, appalling 'choice' of men, appalling service (a profile I wrote myself, photos I sorted myself, no genuine or useful advice), genuine waste of money. Disappointing - especially when (of course) promised lots of eligible men etc. on joining. Honestly, do not waste your money: internet dating is better, producing a substantially larger pool of dates, higher quality and more fun too!

I paid back last August over 6k...they have done nothing except take my money. I went in the office a couple of times and chose all the men they offered. Not one date did I get! I even rang Karen Mooney the owner in London about what happens in Windsor she stirred them up and they sent a couple out to me, I said I would see them, nothing at all has happened since. In seven months they sent me on one date with a man who had been on and off the agency for 20 years I hadn't chosen him and he wasn't interested in me. I asked why they don't phone or be proactive and they said they don't phone people. I assure you if you want to prod them after a month or so you have to email. They reply and tell you all is well and then Nothing happens! Also older men are introduced to younger women but their policy is older women are not introduced to younger men that came from Karen Mooney herself. Yet on some of the male profiles they stated age immaterial! So watch this space one sort of date that lasted an hour in 7 months. They cannot refute this I have kept all the emails etc and I have asked for a refund today .....
